My holiday form is preloaded with bank holidays, saving you time and trying to remember when they’re all placed this year!
There is no charge and no credit card details required for the free trial! You can cancel your account at any time.
My Holiday Form allows you to store any fields you need such as dietary requirements or which site they work at!
Unlimited! You can add an unlimited number of leave types, but we would recommend no more than five to ten.
You need to add an email address as the member of staff’s username. This allows them to regain access to their account should they forget their password and allows you to send their welcome email giving them access to their account initially.

Custom countdown clocks are available to provide staff with a quick and fun tool to see on a second by second basis, how long it is until their much needed holiday!
